Inserting a Shape

  1. Go to the Insert tab.
  2. Click Shapes in the Illustrations group.

  3. Choose the shape you want.
  4. Click and drag on the slide to draw it.

Change Shape Style

  1. Select the shape.
  2. On the Format tab, open Shape Styles.

Change Fill Color

  1. Select the shape.
  2. Click Shape Fill on the Format tab.

  3. Choose a color, gradient, or texture. Select No Fill for transparency.

Change Outline

  1. Select the shape.
  2. Click Shape Outline.

Add Effects

  1. Select the shape.
  2. Click Shape Effects and choose shadow, glow, or other styles.

  1. Select the shape.
  2. Click Edit Shape > Change Shape.
