Let’s say we need to locate a department in a list.

  1. Go to the Home tab and click Find & Select, then choose Find.

  2. The Find and Replace box will appear. Type what you want to search for.
  3. Click Find Next to locate the first instance.

  4. To see all matches, click Find All.

  5. When done, click Close to exit the box.

You can also open the Find box by pressing Ctrl+F.
